SVR offer a Project Management service on a Cost Plus agreement instead of a fixed price contract when it comes to building that Addition/New home/Units- Residential/Commercial or Industrial
This way of building will save you money, because the final price is not fixed, and therefore when savings are made they will be passed on back to you.
SVR also offer a Project Management service for Owner Builders who don’t have the time to Manage the works themselves.
Consultancy: Construction
SVR offers a consultancy service to developers and owner builders who want to obtain their own building license and supervise the projects themselves.
SVR can assist with any problems that might arise during the construction period, and put you in contact with the different trades and suppliers that might be required to complete the project.
Interior Design
SVR offers a colour consultancy service to clients who would like assistance with colour selection. With so many colours available to the consumer, making the right colour choice and combination is often a daunting exercise. With interior design experience at SVR we are able to simplify this process and assist you with colour selection.
With Susie’s knowledge of Interior Design she is also able to help clients make decisions on products, materials and colours. At SVR you’ll have the opportunity to meet and discuss your building requirements with the people who will be working on your project.
